الملخص
المقام وسيلة هامة للكشف عن الغموض الذي قد يعتري بعض النصوص القرآنية أو النبوية ، ووسيلة ترجيحية عند عدم الوضوح أو التباس التعارض بين النصوص الشرعية .وله حجيته من الكتاب والسنَّة وعمل الصحابة ، ومن تصرفات الرسول ﷺ تشكلت مجموعة من المقامات منها مقام البيان والتبليغ ،ومقام الإمامة ،ومقام القضاء، ومقامات أخرى . The maqam is an important means of uncovering the ambiguity that may affect certain Quranic or prophetic texts, and a possible means when the inconsistency between the legal texts is unclear or confused. It has its authority from the Book, Sunnah and the work of the companions, and from the actions of the prophet peace be open him, a series of places have been formed, including the maqam of statement and transmission, the maqam of the Imama, the judiciary and others.
