الملخص
Summary Charactiristics of El-Tasouli in his Book Precious Jewels Praise be to God, who made his praise the first verse in the Book of His mercy and made it the last call for the people of his Paradise, prayers and peace be upon he who has no prophet after him and his family and companions and those who followed them with charity until the Day of Judgment, thus after: This research treats the biography of the most just Faquih (jurist) Abi Al-Hassan Ali bin Abdul Salam bin Ali Al-Tawli Al-Fasi, who died in 1258 AH, and presents him starting from his birth and upbringing until his death and his effects, as well as standing on the characteristics of the fatwas’ emerging matters that were gathered and treated in his book Precious Jewels in frequent strange incidents. The research includes an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter is assigned to the definition of EL-Fatwas’ and EL-Mufti’s conditions; the second chapter is meant for the representation of El-Imam El-Tassouli; and the third and last chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of El-Imam El-Tassouli treated in his book Precious Jewels.I conclude the research, stating the necessary results found during and after it, such as El-Tasouli’s integrity and accuracy in transmitting his jurisprudential texts and matters that were rarely found in El Fiqh folders.
