Abstract لقد ظهر مفهوم الحرب الهجينة كأداة لإدارة النزاعات نتيجة لزيادة حدة النزاعات الدولية والتغيرات العالمية المتسارعة، حيث تسعى الدول المتنازعة إلى إيجاد أدوات جديدة لإدارة نزاعاتها الدولية والحفاظ على مصالحها بعيدًا عن الأداة العسكرية المباشرة قدر الإمكان. تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في محاولتها شرح دور الحرب الهجينة وتأثيرها على بيئة النزاع، من خلال استكشاف التهديدات الجديدة، ومدى تعقيد النزاع الهجين، ودورها في حل النزاع. مع تحليل مدى استخدام الحرب الهجينة في إدارة النزاع الروسي الأوكراني، خاصة بعد توسيع روسيا عملياتها العسكرية في منطقة دونباس، وهو ما أثار تساؤلات حول العودة لاستخدام الأدوات العسكرية المباشرة في إدارة النزاعات الدولية. concept of hybrid war has emerged as tool for conflict management as result of increasing intensity of international conflicts, and several global changes, the conflicting countries are looking for new tools To manage its international conflicts and preserve its interests away from the direct military tool as much as possible. The importance of this study stems from its attempts to explain the role of hybrid warfare and its impact on the conflict environment, through which new threats are explored, the extent of the complexities of the hybrid conflict, and its role in resolving the conflict. with an analysis of the extent of the use of hybrid war in managing the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Especially after Russia expanded its military operations in the Donbas region, which raised questions about the return to using the military tools directly in managing international conflicts. .
