دور الأخلاق المهنية في تعزيز المسؤولية الإجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بني سليمان

الملخص
ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في دور الأخلاق المهنية للطبيب إتجاه المريض في تعزيز المسؤولية الإجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بني سليمان ، حيث تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة لعينة مكونة من 62 طبيب دائم على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة ، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة إعتمدنا على الإستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات ، ولأجل تحليل نتائج وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة إستخدمنا برنامج spss. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الأخلاق المهنية للطبيب إتجاه المريض في المؤسسة محل الدراسة كان مرتفع، بينما واقع المسؤولية الإجتماعية إتجاه المريض في المؤسسة محل الدراسة كان مقبول ، كما أنه يوجد أثر للأخلاق المهنية للطبيب إتجاه المريض في تعزيز المسؤولية الإجتماعية ، حيث أن المستوى المرتفع للأخلاق المهنية قد أثر على المسؤولية الإجتماعية لأفراد عينة الدراسة إيجابا وبشكل مقبول . Abstract: This study aims to investigate the role of the doctor's professional ethics towards the patient in promoting social responsibility in the public institution of neighborhood health Beni Slimane, as this study addressed a sample of 62 permanent doctors at the level of the institution under study, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the questionnaire as a means of collecting study data, and to analyze the results and test the hypotheses of the study, we used the SPSS program. The study concluded that both the reality of the doctor’s professional ethics towards the patient and the reality of social responsibility towards the patient in the institution under study were high, and that there is an effect of professional ethics in enhancing social responsibility at an acceptable level, as the high level of professional ethics has affected the social responsibility of the study sample individuals positively and in an acceptable manner
