الملخص
تُشكل العدالة الدستورية عنصرًا أساسيًا في أي نظام ديمقراطي، فهي بمثابة حارسٍ أمينٍ يُناط به ضمان احترام أحكام الدستور، وحماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للمواطنين، وتعزيز سيادة القانون. ويسعى النظام الجزائري جاهدًا لترسيخ مبادئ العدالة الدستورية، غير أنه يُواجه تحدياتٍ جسيمة تُعيق تقدمه في هذا المجال، رغم ما للعدالة مهمة لضمان احترام أحكام الدستور وحماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للمواطنين، تُعد العدالة الدستورية آلية مهمة لضمان احترام أحكام الدستور وحماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للمواطنين. تواجه العدالة الدستورية في الجزائر تحديات جسيمة، لكنها تُعد ركيزة أساسية لبناء دولة القانون وتعزيز سيادة القانون.
