الملخص
ملخص: تأثر الجرائم المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والجرائم السيبرانية في المصالح الفردية والجماعية التي تعتبر حاسمة في وقنا الحالي، وذلك لارتباطها بنوعية حياة عدد كبير من الأشخاص في العالم، وذلك بمساسها للحريات الشخصية وبسرية المعلومات، ممّا جعل الجمعية الدولية للقانون الجنائي تهتم بهذا النوع من الإجرام المستحدث، وهذا ما دفعنا لتسليط الضوء على طريقة معالجة هذا الموضوع من قبل هذه الجمعية، من جهة، وتحليل مختلف عناصر مثل هكذا جرائم لم تعرف من قبل، حيث غيرت من بعض قواعد القانون الجنائي، أي التطرق للمصالح المحمية بالقوانين التي تواجه الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات. Abstract Crimes related to information and communications technology and cybercrimes affect individual and collective interests, which are considered crucial in our current time, because of their connection to the quality of life of a large number of people in the world, and by affecting personal freedoms and the confidentiality of information, which made the International Society of Criminal Law interested in this type of new crime. This is what prompted us to shed light on the method of dealing with this issue by this association, on the one hand, and to analyze the various elements of such crimes that were not known before, as they changed some of the rules of criminal law, that is, addressing the interests protected by the laws that confront crimes related to information and communications technologies.
