Digital Citizenship And The Health Security

Abstract
Abstract : Digital technology and the communications' took a big area in people's lives, where they represented a loophole and a solution for individuals and countries in order to face the different diseases and epidemics, and this is done by setting many facilities that decreased the repercussions of the different health security threats to the normal citizen, to whom the digital citizen character was added within what is called the digital citizenship. Therefore, this research paper aims to detect and identify the role of digital citizenship in decreasing the severity of health security threats. ملخص: احتلت التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتطور الاتصالات حيزا كبيرا في حياة البشر ومثلت منفذا وحلا أمام الأفراد والدول لمجابهة مختلف الأمراض والأوبئة عبر تقديم العديد من التسهيلات التي قللت من تداعيات التهديدات الأمنية الصحية المختلفة للمواطن العادي الذي أضفيت إليه صبغة المواطن الرقمي ضمن ما يسمى بالمواطنة الرقمية. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف والتعرف على دور المواطنة الرقمية في التقليل من حدة مخاطر التهديدات الأمنية الصحية.
