Reality And Prospects Of Sino - African Cooperation In The Context Of China's New Global Perspective

Abstract
Abstract: China has managed to develop its own perspective on the world and the international system, reflecting its desire to rise as an influential and responsible international power. This Chinese perspective is fundamentally based on the elements of cooperation and peace as the main tools for expanding China's influence globally, including in Africa, which has become an arena for China's ability to forge distinctive relationships globally, through peaceful, diplomatic, and collaborative means. This unique cooperative case between China and Africa is studied through an analytical inductive approach and content analysis techniques, leading to the conclusion that China's new global perspective is unique and different compared to its Western global counterpart, granting China a positive image worldwide, including in Africa, which is systematically and continuously strengthening its relations with China. ملخص: تمكنت الصين من تطوير منظورها الخاص للعالم والنظام الدولي، بما يعكس رغبتها في الصعود كقوة دولية مؤثرة ومسؤولة. ويستند هذا المنظور الصيني بشكل أساسي على عنصري التعاون والسلام كأدوات رئيسية لتوسيع نفوذ الصين عالمياً، بما في ذلك في إفريقيا التي أصبحت ساحة لقدرة الصين على صياغة علاقات مميزة عالمياً، من خلال الوسائل السلمية والدبلوماسية والتعاونية. يتم دراسة هذه الحالة التعاونية الفريدة بين الصين وإفريقيا من خلال منهج استقرائي تحليلي وتقنية تحليل المضمون، وتم التوصل إلى استنتاجات أن المنظور العالمي الجديد للصين فريد ومختلف عن نظيره الغربي، مما يمنح الصين صورة إيجابية في جميع أنحاء العالم، بما في ذلك في إفريقيا التي تعمل بشكل منهجي ومستمر على تعزيز علاقاتها مع الصين.
