الخصائص الشخصية للأستاذ المتميز حسب تقديرات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية الأكثر أهمية للأستاذ الجامعي المتميز حسب تقديرات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، لهذا تم بناء مقياس مكون من 40 فقرة ،وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأستاذ المتميز يجب أن يمتلك صفات أخلاقية: أن يكون مخلصا في عمله،يتحلى بالمسؤولية في عمله، ويتصف بالأمانة، وصفات اجتماعية: أن يقدر مجهودات الطلبة، يحترم آراء الطلبة، ويكون متعاونا مع طلبته، وصفات معرفية:أن يقدم شرح واضح للدرس، لديه معرفة عميقة بالدرس، ويربط تعلمات الطلبة بالواقع، وصفات انفعالية: يتسم بالاتزان الانفعالي، يمتلك دافعية للتدريس، ويتسم بالمرونة، و صفة في المظهر الخارجي وهي أن يكون صوته واضحا، كما توصلت الدراسة الى عدم وجود فروق بين تقديرات الطلبة للخصائص الشخصية حسب متغير التخصص. This study aims to identify the most important personal characteristics of a distinguished university professor, according to the assessments of students about to graduate. For this, a scale consisting of 40 items was constructed. The study concluded that a distinguished professor must possess moral qualities: be sincere in his work, and have responsibility in his work. He is characterized by honesty in his work, social qualities: he appreciates students’ efforts, respects students’ opinions, and is cooperative with his students, and cognitive qualities: he provides a clear explanation of the lesson, has deep knowledge of the lesson, and communicates Students learn in reality, and emotional traits: He is characterized by emotional balance, has motivation to teach, is characterized by flexibility, and a characteristic of his external appearance, which is that his voice is clear. The study also found that there are no differences between students’ estimates of personal characteristics according to the specialization variable.
