الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم صورة شاملة عن أهم مؤشرات تمكين الشباب في الجزائر ومصر، مركزة على التحديات المشتركة والاختلافات التي تعترض طريق الشباب نحو المشاركة في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن أبرز التحديات التي تعيق طريق الشباب هي البطالة خاصة بين خريجي الجامعات، ومن أجل تحسين وضعية الشباب في الجزائر ومصر يتطلب اتخاذ مجموعة من الخطوات الاستراتيجية المهمة أبرزها تطوير المناهج التعليمية لتكون أكثر توافقا مع احتياجات سوق العمل. و أيضا تعزيز التعاون مع المنظمات الدولية والمحلية لتبادل المعرفة والخبرات في مجال تمكين الشباب. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the key indicators of youth empowerment in Algeria and Egypt, focusing on the shared challenges and differences that hinder young people’s participation in economic and social life. The study revealed that the most significant challenge facing youth is unemployment, particularly among university graduates. To improve the situation of youth in Algeria and Egypt, a set of important strategic steps needs to be taken, most notably the development of educational curricula to better align with labor market needs Enhancing collaboration with international and local organizations to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of youth empowerment.
