Energy Diversification In Algeria: The Strategic Challenge Of Electricity Export In The Mediterranean (economic And Political Gains)

Abstract
Abstract: Algeria is betting on the diversification of energy sources, especially renewable energy, including the production of electrical energy in the regional market, relying on its distinguished geographical location close to Europe, and on its huge production capabilities for this sector, which has reached the level of national sufficiency and the stage of external export of electricity, and based on its capabilities. Large energy sector, and due to its distinguished experience in supplying gas to European partners, Algeria is looking, in light of the changes taking place in the international energy market, to position itself as a difficult number in the electrical energy equation in the Mediterranean region. Mediterranean and becoming a safe and reliable supplier of electricity, Algeria is adopting to adapt its bilateral political and economic relations in the service of its ambition and new strategic challenge, by strengthening its European-Italian relations, supporting cooperation in the energy, economic and political fields, and making the State of Italy a Mediterranean bridge for the export of electrical energy, and contributing to achieving economic and social stability in the region as a primary source of energy towards Europe الملخص: تراهن الجزائر على تنويع مصادر الطاقة خاصة خاصة الطاقة المتجددة منها، بتصدير الطاقة الكهربائية في السوق الإقليمية معتمدة على موقعها الجغرافي المتميز والقريب من أوروبا وعلى قدراتها الانتاجية الضخمة لهذا القطاع والذي وصل الى مستوى الاكتفاء الوطني ومرحلة التصدير الخارجي للكهرباء، واستنادا الى إمكانياتها الطاقية الكبيرة و لتجربتها المتميزة في توريد الغاز إلى الشركاء الأوروبيين ،تبحث الجزائر في ظل المتغيرات التي يشهدها السوق الدولي للطاقة، التموقع كرقم صعب في معادلة الطاقة الكهربائية في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط والتحول إلى مورد آمن وموثوق للكهرباء تعتمد الجزائر تكييف علاقاتها الثنائية السياسية والاقتصادية في خدمة طموحها وتحديها الاستراتيجي الجديد، وهذا بتعزيز علاقاتها الاروربية الايطالية ودعم التعاون في المجال الطاقوي والاقتصادي والسياسي، وجعل من دولة ايطاليا جسرا متوسطيا لتصدير الطاقة الكهربائية، و والإسهام في تحقيق الاستقرارا لاقتصادي والاجتماعي في المنطقة بصفتها مصدر أساسيا للطاقة باتجاه أوروبا .
