الملخص
ملخص: شكل التطور الرقمي تحولا كبيرا في المجال الإداري وهذا ما انعكس ايجابيا على الإدارة العمومية من خلال رقمنة الإدارة وهذا من أجل إصلاح الإدارة وترشيد العمل الإداري، ويعد القطاع العقاري من أحد أهم القطاعات الإدارية الذي شملنه الرقمنة نطرا لأهمية العقد، وقد كرس المشرع مشروع الرقمنة على أرض الواقع مواكبة للتكنولوجيا الرقمية المتبعة دوليا سعيا لتحقيق الأمن العقاري وتسهيل جميع المعاملات الخاصة بالقطاع العقاري. Abstract: Digital development has constituted a major transformation in the administrative field, and this has had a positive impact on public administration through the digitization of administration, in order to reform administration and rationalize administrative work. The real estate sector is considered one of the most important administrative sectors that has been covered by digitization in view of the importance of real estate. The legislator has devoted a project Digitization on the ground is keeping pace with digital technology used internationally in an effort to achieve real estate security and facilitate all transactions related to the real estate sector.
