ملخص: تعد الاكتشافات الغازية هائلة في شرق المتوسط، والتي أضحت قابلة لتلبية الحاجيات المحلية لدولها مع إمكانية الولوج إلى عالم التصدير خاصة نحو أوروبا باعتبارها أكبر سوق استهلاكية للغاز، وعليه لا غرابة أن نجد سعي كل من "مصر "،"قبرص" ،"اليونان" و "الكيان الإسرائيلي” إلى البدء في مشروع مد الغاز نحو أوروبا، مما دفع دول جنوب أوروبا المستوردة للغاز الجزائري بالتماطل في إعادة تجديد العقود طويلة المدى مع "الجزائر" والاكتفاء بعقود قصيرة المدى، إلى جانب الضغط من أجل إعادة مراجعة أسعار الغاز في السوق الغازية، وهو الأمر نفسه الذي أوجس خيفة لدى الطرف الجزائري، محتما عليه اعتماد استراتيجيات متنوعة كبناء خطوط غاز جديدة مباشرة لأوروبا بهدف ضمان الاستقلالية في التوريد المباشر للغاز. Abstract: The gas discoveries in the Eastern Mediterranean are huge, and have become capable of meeting the local needs of their countries with the possibility of entering the world of exports, especially to Europe, as it is the largest consumer market for gas. Accordingly, it is not surprising that we find that "Egypt", "Cyprus”, “Greece" and" The Israeli entity” are seeking to start a gas supply project to Europe, which prompted the southern European countries importing Algerian gas to procrastinate in renewing long-term contracts with "Algeria" and to be satisfied with short-term contracts, in addition to pressure to review gas prices in the gas market, which is the same thing that made the Algerian side fearful, forcing it to adopt various strategies such as building new direct gas lines to Europe with the aim of ensuring independence in the direct supply of gas.
