نحو رؤية مستقبلة لبناء معجم عربي حاسوبي، رهانات وتحديات

الملخص
يشكل المعجم في اللغة سندا ومرجعا رئيسا لكل اللغات على اختلاف أنواعها وتعدد أمصارها، إذ لطالما اهتم علماؤنا بهذه الصناعة الثمينة، ورفعوا قدر هذا العلم وأفردوا له المدونات المختلفة عبر الزمن. وإذا كانت الحياة الحديثة فرضت نمطية وميكانيزمات جديدة في شتى المجلات والميادين وجب تكييف هذا المعجم مع المعطيات الحديثة خاصة ما تعلق بالجانب التقني في الحواسيب، ونظرا للأهمية القصوى التي يؤديها المعجم في حركية وتطور اللغة عبر الأزمنة واختلاف الأمصار ظهرت المعاجم الحاسوبية وعرفت تطورا على صعيد الهيكلة والمحتوى، وكذلك مختلف الخدمات المتطورة التي يمكن أن يقدمها إلى المستخدم، مستغلا في ذلك الإمكانات الهائلة التي يوفرها الحاسوب من تقنات وطاقة تخزين للمعلومات، مع سرعة البحث والاسترجاع، وكذلك القدرة الكبيرة على معالجة البيانات المختلفة والمتنوعة في شتى المجالات. ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذا المقال لدراسة إمكانية تطوير الصناعة المعجمية ومواكبة التطور المعلوماتي، وتقديم المتطلبات الحاسوبية للمعجم العربي الحاسوبي ، والذي من شأنه أن يتيح تحوّلا وتغيّرا يخدم المستعملين على اختلاف توجهاتهم ورؤاهم. The dictionary in the language is a major support and reference for all languages of all kinds and multiplicity of their eras, as our scientists have always been interested in this precious industry, and raised the value of this science and devoted various codes to it over time. If modern life imposed new stereotypes and mechanisms in various magazines and fields, this dictionary must be adapted to modern data, especially with regard to the technical aspect of computers, and due to the utmost importance played by the dictionary in the movement and development of language over times and different regions, computer dictionaries appeared and knew a development at the level of structure and content, as well as various advanced services that can be provided to the user, taking advantage of the enormous potential provided by the computer of technologies and storage capacity for information, with the speed of search And retrieval, as well as the great ability to process different and varied data in various fields. From this standpoint, this article came to study the possibility of developing the lexical industry and keeping pace with the information development, and providing the computer requirements of the Arabic computer lexicon, which would allow transformation and change that serves users of different orientations and visions.
