Economic real estate is a crucial element for any investment; it is linked to the implementation of investment policies in countries through specific laws, including real estate ownership laws, which regulate the conditions and methods for utilizing real estate. This is outlined in the provisions of Law No. 23-17, which sets the conditions and methods for granting state-owned economic real estate intended for investment projects. Given the novelty and flexibility of this law, the study aimed to explore the concept of economic real estate, its importance, the real estate that falls within its scope, and some exceptions applied to it, such as allocation. The study focused on defining the meaning of allocation and some of its regulations, concluding with a presentation of some results and suggestions.
