Updates Of After-sales Support In The Framework Of Executive Decree ‎no.21-244: ‎( Legal Regulations And Practical Issues)‎‏ ‏

Authors : Bechatta Zahia .

Abstract

In order to protect the consumer, the legislator was not satisfied with the ‎guarantee ‎established in law 09-03, related to the protection of the consumer and ‎suppression of fraud, ‎amended and supplemented, but rather coupled it with a new ‎measure which is the obligation of ‎providing after-sales support as stipulated in the ‎executive decree No.21-244, defining the ‎conditions and modalities of providing after-‎sales support. This executive decree is considered as ‎one of the most important ‎protective provisions that embody more effectiveness for the benefit of ‎the consumer, through the interventionist’s commitment to implement them, or in cases where the ‎guarantee cannot perform its role, especially in light of what was shown by the practical aspect of ‎this support /support, since its existence and implementation on the ground existed before it was ‎stipulated in clear legal texts.‎
