محددات السلوك البيئي ودورها في منع ارتكاب الجرائم البيئية في الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر ذوي الاختصاص

الملخص
تناولت الدِّرَاسَة مُحَدِّدَات السُّلُوك البِيئِيّ ودورها في منع ارتكاب الجرائم البيئية في الضفة الغربية ،استخدمت الدِّرَاسَة المَنْهَج الوَصْفِيّ بِشِقهِ الْكَمِّيِّ باستخدام أداة الاستبانة ؛ مجتمع الدراسة من (182) من ذوي الاختصاص بالشُّؤُون البِيئِيَّة ، تكونت عَيِّنَة الدِّرَاسَة من (100) مبحوث من مجتمع الدراسة تمّ اختيارها بطريقة العَيِّنَة المتيسرة، كذلك تمّ استخدام المَنْهَج التَّاريخِيّ ، توَصَّلَت الدِّرَاسَة إلى مجموعة من النَّتَائِج أهمها القيم والأخلاقيَّات والثَّقافة والفُرَصِ الاقْتِصَاديّة والمُحَفِّزَات ، ولها دورٌ كبيرٌ في التُوَجِّه الإيجابيّ نحو البيئة في الضِّفَّة الغربيَّة، ذلك من خلال الثَّقافة الدِّينيّة والتَّربية البِيئِيَّة وعمليَّات الضَّبْط الاجْتِمَاعِيّ ، أَوْصت الدِّرَاسَة مجموعةً من التَّوْصِيَات منها ضرورةَ القيامِ بالتَّوْعِيَة البِيئِيَّة ، وذلك من خلال المُؤَسَّسَات التَّعليميّة والدِّينيّة، والعمل على تحفيز الأفراد والمُؤَسَّسَات في اتباع الطرق الصَّدِيقَة للبيئة من ناحية خطوط الإنتاج. The study addressed the determinants of environmental behavior and their role in preventing environmental crimes in the West Bank. The study utilized the descriptive methodology with its quantitative aspect using a questionnaire tool; the study community consisted of (182) specialists in environmental affairs. The sample of the study consisted of (100) respondents from the study community, selected using the convenience sampling method. The historical methodology was also employed. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are values, ethics, culture, economic opportunities, and incentives, which play a significant role in the positive orientation towards the environment in the West Bank. This is achieved through religious culture, environmental education, and social control processes. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including the necessity of conducting environmental awareness, through educational and religious institutions, as well as working to motivate individuals and institutions to adopt environmentally friendly methods in terms of production lines
