Abstract
Abstract: This article addresses the theoretical aspects of innovation, as many economic institutions do not provide an accurate definition of innovation in line with their activity or are guided by the belief that innovation achieves something that has never been addressed. Through a series of interviews and acknowledgements of a group of leaders who have succeeded in achieving innovation in their institutions, we concluded that innovation can be applied in the organization by providing the necessary conditions, mechanisms and tools for the success of this process. ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال الجوانب النظرية للابتكار، حيث إن العديد من المؤسسات الاقتصادية لا تقدم تعريفاً دقيقاً للابتكار يتناسب مع نشاطها أو تسترشد بالاعتقاد بأن الابتكار يحقق شيئاً لم يتم التطرق إليه من قبل. ومن خلال سلسلة من المقابلات والاعترافات لمجموعة من القادة الذين نجحوا في تحقيق الابتكار في مؤسساتهم، توصلنا إلى أنه يمكن تطبيق الابتكار في المنظمة من خلال توفير الشروط والآليات والأدوات اللازمة لنجاح هذه العملية.
