تطبيق قانون العمل على عمليات التوزيع

الملخص
باللغة العربية: تهدف دراستنا إلى التطرق إلى عمليات التوزيع من منظور قانون العمل نظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع من جهة، وقلة الدراسات المتعلقة به من جهة أخرى، بالمقارنة مع القوانين الأخرى كقانون المنافسة والقانون التجاري. وقد ركزت هذه الدراسة على تطبيق قانون العمل بشكل رئيس من خلال استعراض فئة الموزعين الأجراء وما يتمتعون به من حقوق والتزامات، بالإضافة إلى المهام التي يؤدونها بمناسبة ممارسة وظيفتهم. و أيضا إلى تطبيق قانون العمل كجزاء لمحاولة الممون السيطرة على الموزع والمساس باستقلاليته القانونية و ما يترتب عن ذلك من آثار. In English: Our study aims to address distribution processes from a labor law perspective due to its significance, especially in light of the scarcity of this approach and the multitude of studies that examine distribution contracts from the angles of competition law, contract law, and commercial law. Our study sheds light on the application of labor law primarily by examining the category of employed distributors and their rights, obligations, and the tasks they perform as part of their role. Additionally, it explores the application of labor law as a sanction against suppliers' attempts to control distributors and infringe upon their legal independence, as well as the resulting implications.
