تقدير الذات لدى المصاب بالسرطان

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كيف هو تقدير الذات لدى المصاب بالسرطان، اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي الذي يرتكز على دراسة الحالة، أقيم هذا البحث في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي في وهران وفي تلمسان، على 10 حالات مصابات بسرطان الدم (عازبات، متزوّجات، مطلّقات). وفي هذا المقال فضّلنا عرض حالة واحدة فقط، أمّا أدواتنا البحثية فكانت تتمثّل في: الملاحظة، المقابلة، ومقياس تقدير الذات لروزنبارغ. توصّلنا من خلال هذا العمل البحثي إلى أن تقدير الذّات يضطرب أكثر بسبب التمثلات الاجتماعية السلبية المشتركة بين أفراد المجتمع حول هذا المرض "السرطان مرتبط بالموت"، بسبب نظرة الآخر السلبية الموجّهة إلى المريضة، اختلال دورها (كزوجة وأمّ وبنت) وتغيّر صورة جسمها (تساقط الشعر الصلع والإعاقة والضعف) بسبب هذا المرض، الذي سبب اضطراب صورة ذاتها ، اكتئابها وفي شعورها بالذنب وبالنقص أمام نظرات الآخر، هي تتصوّر بأنّه يوجّه لها نظرة سلبية (شفقة، اشمئزاز، احتقار عتاب،سخرية...الخ). كل هذه العوامل تساهم في تشكيل ذات جديدة مضطربة و تقدير ذات منحدر في تجاه سلبي . كلمات مفتاحية: تقدير ذات ، صورة ذات، صورة جسم، سرطان ، تمثّلات. This study aimed to understand how the self-esteem of a person with cancer is. We relied on the clinical approach that is based on a case study. This research was conducted at the University Hospital Center in Oran and Tlemcen, on 10 cases of leukemia patients (single, married, divorced). In this article, we preferred to present only one case, but our research tools were: observation, interview, and Rosenberg's self-esteem scale. Through this research work, we concluded that self-esteem is more disturbed due to the negative social representations shared by members of society about this disease "cancer is associated with death" and because of the negative view of the other towards the patient. We also came to the conclusion that the imbalance of the patient's role (as a wife, mother and daughter) And her body image changes (baldness, disability, and weakness) because of this disease. It contributes to the disorder of her self-image and depression, and to her feeling of guilt and inferiority in front of the eyes of others. She imagines that he gives her a negative view (pity, disgust, contempt, reproach, sarcasm...etc).
