Abstract

من الواضح أن النظام التعليمي الحديث بدأ يحرم الكثير من التلاميذ فرصة بقيام اي نشاط خارج المدرسة بسبب الواجبات التعليمية الكثيرة التي يكلفون بها، و من ناحية أخرى نجد أن الكثير من الآباء و الأمهات يعتبرون هذه الانشطة في هذه المرحلة مضيعة للوقت، لكن الدراسات العلمية تؤكد عكس ذلك ، لأنها تساهم في تحقيق الكثير من الأهداف التربوية و الاجتماعية و النفسية ، والتي تعد ركنا هاما من أركان العلمية التعليمية و التعلمية و جزءا من المنهج المدرسي لأنها لديها الصلة بالنشاطات اللاصفية ، فإنها تعمل على تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف التي يسعى المتعلم تحقيقها منها : التعرف على ميوله و مواهبه و قدراته مما يسمح على تنميتها ، و تنمي الثقة بنفسه ، و تحقيق صحته النفسية ، و تعمل على ترسيخ المواد الدراسية ، و تعوده على التمسك بالقيم و الأخلاق ، و على تكوين شخصيته مما تساعده على تعديل السلوك داخل القسم و تحقيق التوافق النفسي و الدراسي معا . Abstract: It is increasingly apparent that the contemporary educational system has inadvertently restricted many students' opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities, primarily due to the overwhelming volume of academic assignments they are required to complete. Simultaneously, many parents perceive such activities at the primary school level as unnecessary or even counterproductive. However, scientific research presents a different perspective, affirming that extracurricular activities are, in fact, vital in achieving a broad spectrum of educational, social, and psychological objectives. These activities serve as indispensable components of the educational process, contributing significantly to students’ personal growth. They enable students to explore and identify their interests, talents, and abilities, fostering their development. In addition to nurturing self-confidence, these activities promote mental well-being, enhance academic learning, and instill essential values and ethical principles. They also play a crucial role in shaping students’ character, which, in turn, supports behavioral modifications in the classroom and facilitates better psychological and academic adjustment.
