الهويّة اللغويّة في الاسمكانيّة البسكريّة في ضوء التعدّد اللّغوي

الملخص
أرّقت مسألة البحث في الهُويّة اللغويّة في الجزائر الباحثين وأسالت الكثير من الحبر، فهي مجال حيويّ في ميدان البحث اللّساني كون الجزائر شهدت تعاقب ومرور شعوب مختلفة الألسن والتي تركت بصمتها اللّغويّة في كل ما يحيط بالإنسان مما جعل الباحثين يسعون لمعرفة تجليات هذه البصمات، ولعلّ أهمّ جانب لغويّ يهمله الكثير من الدارسين والذي يبيّن لنا التقاسيم الخفيّة للهوية اللغوية هو الاسمكانيّة. تتميز الاسمكانيّة (أسماء الأماكن الجزائريّة) بتنوعها من حيث الأصل والدلالة واللغة إلى جانب اختلاف دوافع التسميّة، كما تشكّل مستودعا لغويّا وشاهدا تاريخيّا يصون ذاكرة الأمّة وأهم لبنات هويّتها ودعائم تراثها اللامادي لما تحمله من دلالات رمزيّة تنعكس على الإنسان ابتداءً من الاسم إلى ما وراء الاسم، فمن هذا المجال الجغرافي تعاقبت الحضارات المختلفة تاركةً أثرًا عميقًا في اسم المكان. لقد اخترنا الاسمكانيّة البسكريّة أنموذجًا لتتبّع الهُويّة اللغويّة كونها منطقة انتقاليّة بين شمال الجزائر وصحرائها وجسرًا اقتصاديًّا، فهي تشكّل بذلك بوتقة تلاقح الألسن المختلفة، ووقع اختيارنا على الأسماء الجغرافية لدوائر ولاية بسكرة عيّنةً لمعالجة هذا الطّرح الاسمكاني؛ لأنّ مقالا علميًّا محدودًا لا يتّسع لكل أسماء أماكن ولاية بسكرة، وعمَلْنا ها هنا على النّبش داخل التاريخ وكذا ما جادت به أفواه كبار وعلماء المنطقة حول معاني ودلالات هذه الأسماء، ومن ثَمّ استنطاقها للوصول إلى مدى حفاظها على الهُويّة اللّغوية. Since linguistic identity research is an essential area of linguistics, the problem of studying it in Algeria has caused researchers much distress and ink spilling. Algeria has seen the emergence and migration of numerous ethnic groups speaking a variety of languages, leaving their linguistic mark on everything in the human environment. Researchers have been motivated to find the manifestations of these imprints because of this. Perhaps the most significant linguistic element that many academics ignore but that reveals the hidden characteristics of linguistic identity is toponymy. The diverse origins, meanings, and languages of Algerian place names, or toponymy, are distinguished by the range of naming motivations. Additionally, it acts as a historical record and linguistic repository, conserving the nation's memory as well as the most important components of its identity and intangible heritage. It also carries symbolic meanings that influence people both inside and outside of its name. Numerous civilizations have flourished from this region, and their influence on place names is significant. Since Biskra is an economic bridge that connects northern Algeria to its desert, we have selected its toponymy as a model for linguistic identity tracing. It creates a linguistic melting pot as a result. Since there are too many place names in Biskra for a single scientific paper, we addressed this toponymic approach by focusing on the geographical names of the districts in Biskra as a sample. We looked into the past, spoke with local academics and the elderly about the meanings and connotations of these names, and then examined them to see if they preserved linguistic identity.
