البروفيل النفسي للطفل المسعف _دراسة حالة _ Psychological Profile Of The Abandoned Child- A Case Study –

الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على البروفيل النفسي للطفل المسعف المتنقل بين رعاية المؤسسة الإيوائية والأسرة البديلة، وللوصول إلى نتائج علمية دقيقة قمنا باستخدام المنهج الإكلينيكي، كما قمنا باستخدام المقابلة الإكلينيكية النصف توجيهية وتحليل المضمون كأدوات للدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على اختبار رسم الشخص، وقد شمل هذا البحث دراسة حالة متواجدة بمؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة1 بولاية جيجل. توصلنا في النهاية إلى أن البروفيل النفسي للحالة يتميز بوجود تكيف اجتماعي جزئي بالإضافة إلى وجود اضطرابات سلوكية تمثلت اساسا في: فرط الحركة، العدوانية، تقدير ذات مرتفع مع وجود نرجسية وشعور بالنقص منخفض وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يقترح الباحثان: _ العمل على التكفل بالأطفال في سن مبكرة لأن ذلك يسمح بتكيف أكبر داخل الأسرة البديلة. _ ضرورة اجراء دراسات معمقة حول الطفل المسعف ومعاشه النفسي من أجل وضع نظام تكفل جيد بهم. This research aims to identify the psychological profile of the paramedic child who is moving between the care of the residential institution and the alternative family, and to reach accurate scientific results, we used the clinical approach, and we also used the semi-guiding clinical interview and content analysis as study tools, and we also relied on the person drawing test, and this included The research is a case study located in the Paramedic Childhood Institution 1 in the state of Jijel. In the end, we concluded that the psychological profile of the case is characterized by the presence of partial social adaptation in addition to the presence of behavioral disorders mainly represented in: hyperactivity, aggressiveness, high self-esteem with the presence of narcissism and a low sense of inferiority. In light of these results, the researchers suggest: _Work to take care of children at an early age, because this allows for greater adaptation within the alternative family. _The need to conduct in-depth studies on the paramedic child and his psychological pension in order to establish a good system for their care.
