التَّرادف اللُّغويِّ في السياقات القانونيّة و الاقتصادية - دراسة في المصطلحات-

الملخص
اهتمَّ علماء اللُّغة قديمًا بفقه اللُّغة كثيرًا وأوَّلوه جلَّ اهتمامهم، واجتهدوا في تحصيله، وبرعوا في موضوعاته، حيث إنَّه يحوي جماليَّات تلك اللُّغة العربيَّة، وأسرارها، وخصائصها، بل وروحها، فبه يتجلَّى تفوق العربيَّة على غيرها من اللُّغات الأخرى، ومن خلاله تتَّضح طرائق العرب في كلامهم وما يتميَّزون به عن غيرهم، وإنَّ من أهمِّ الموضوعات الَّتي تنطوي تحت فقه اللُّغة (التَّرادف)، فتنوع وثراء المترادفات في اللغة العربية يدل على مدى تأثير اللغة على الفكر الإنساني و عليه تعددت المترادفات في جميع المجالات القانونية منها والاقتصادية فالهدف من هذه الدراسة تبيان أثر مصطلح الترادف اللغوي في السياقات القانونية والاقتصادية الذّي يشير إلى وجود عدة مصطلحات أو تعبيرات تحمل معاني متقاربة أو متشابهة وفق السياق الذي يُستخدم فيه كل منها. Ancient linguistic scholars paid a lot of attention to the jurisprudence of language and gave it their utmost attention, strived to achieve it, and excelled in its topics, as it contains the aesthetics of the Arabic language, its secrets, characteristics, and even its soul, through which the superiority of Arabic over other languages is manifested, and through which the ways of the Arabs in their speech and what distinguishes them from others are clear, and one of the most important topics that are included in the jurisprudence of language. The diversity and richness of synonyms in the Arabic language indicates the extent of the influence of language on human thought, and therefore synonyms have multiplied in all legal and economic fields. The aim of this study is to show the impact of the term synonymy in legal and economic contexts, which refers to the presence of several terms or expressions that carry close or similar meanings according to the context in which each of them is used.
