إشكالية الهيمنة في الدراسات ما بعد الكولونيالية-مُقاربة نقدية ثقافية-

الملخص
إشكالية الهيمنة من أهم ماطُرح في دراسات مابعد الكولونيالية لأنها تبحث في تبِعات أو مخلفات الاستعمار على الدول المستعمَرة، والتي تكون تجسد التبعية للاستعمار بمختلف أشكالها الشيء الذي خلق التوتر الحضاري حول هويات وثقافات هذه الدول خاصةً أنّ الغرب دائمًا يسعى إلى فرض نفسه كنموذج مثالي ويتعمّد الإساءة إلى الشعوب الأخرى. تسعى هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب" دراسات ما بعد الكولونيالية وإشكالية الهيمنة" – مقاربة نقدية ثقافية-إلى الكشف عن ملامح الهيمنة ما بعد الاستعمارية و تمثّلاتها في الدول المستعمرَة من خلال آراء و طروحات منظري دراسات ما بعد الكولونيالية بدءً من "فرانز فانون" مرورًا ب" إدوارد سعيد"و لا تقف إشكالية الهيمنة في حدودها الواصفة لاستمرار سيطرة الاستعمار حتى بعد انسحابه، بل تفتح سجالها حول الظروف التي هيأت لاستمرارية السيطرة الاستطانية عبر نقاشاتها للمشكلات الداخلية والخارجية التي ساعدت على ذلك وذلك من خلال ما قدمه لما المفكر مالك بن نبي الذي كان له رأيًا آخر حول الثنائية الاستعمار والمستعمَر. Abstract: The issue of hegemony is one of the most significant topics addressed in postcolonial studies, as it examines the aftermath and remnants of colonialism in colonized countries. These remnants are often manifested in various forms of dependency on colonial powers, leading to cultural tensions concerning the identities and cultures of these nations. This is especially true given that the West consistently seeks to present itself as the ideal model while deliberately undermining other peoples and cultures. This study, titled Postcolonial Studies and the Issue of Hegemony, aims to uncover the features of postcolonial hegemony and its representations in colonized countries through the perspectives and ideas of prominent postcolonial theorists. Starting with Frantz Fanon and moving through to Edward Said, the study explores the concept of hegemony, which not only describes the persistent influence of colonial domination even after its official end but also opens a broader debate about the conditions that enabled the continuity of settler control. These discussions extend to both the internal and external factors that contributed to this phenomenon, as highlighted in the writings of the thinker Malek Bennabi, who offered a distinct perspective on the dichotomy of colonizer and colonized.
