علاقة الإمداد والاستمداد بين اللغة العربية وأصول الفقه

الملخص
إن الذي يمعن النظر في أمهات الكتب في الفقه وأصوله وكذا علوم اللغة، يجد أن هناك تداخلا كبيرا في المنهج والمضامين واشتراك في أبواب الكتب ومباحثها واصطلاحاتها، ولو عدنا إلى تاريخ نشأة كل علم من هذه العلوم، لوجدنا ان أحدها قائم بسبب من الآخر وأنها تنهل من معين واحد، فمركز هذه العلوم ومحورها هو القرآن الكريم، وكل من علوم اللغة وعلوم الشريعة هي منوطة به خادمة له مساعدة على تفسيره وفهم أحكامه وضبط أدائه وحمايته من اللحن والتحريف لأجل ذلك رأينا ومن خلال هذا البحث ان نبيّن علاقة الإمداد والاستمداد بين العربية وأصول الفقه، محاولين الوقوف على دواعي وأسباب التفاعل بينهما والكشف على أهمية اللغة العربية وعن ضرورة الإلمام بها لدى المجتهدين وأئمة الفقه :Abstract Whoever carefully examines the major books on jurisprudence and its foundations, as well as the linguistic sciences, will find that there is a great deal of overlap in the method and contents, and a commonality in the chapters of the books, their topics, and their terminology. If we go back to the history of the emergence of each of these sciences, we would find that one of them exists because of the other and that it draws from one source. The center and axis of these sciences is the Holy Qur’an, and each of the linguistic sciences and the sciences of Sharia are entrusted to it, serving it, helping to interpret it, understand its rulings, and control its performance. And protect it from distortion and distortion For this reason, we decided, through this research, to clarify the relationship of supply and extension between Arabic and the principles of jurisprudence, trying to find out the motives and reasons for the interaction between them and reveal the importance of the Arabic language and the necessity of familiarity with it among the scholars and imams of jurisprudence.
