Abstract

The study's objectives were to ascertain the trainees' attitudes toward physical activity at the National Institute of TaibiRabeh in Bousaada. To achieve this, the researcher adopted a descriptive approach on a sample of 81 trainees from the institute, selected through simple random sampling. The following results were obtained: • Positive attitudes on physical activity were held by the trainees. • The trainees' attitudes of physical activity did not differ statistically significantly according to their gender (male or female). • Based on the training mode (evening classes or in-person), there were statistically significant differences in the trainees' attitudes toward physical activity, with the in-person training mode displaying more positive views.
