Abstract

This research paper aims to explore social gender and the factors contributing to the division of roles between men and women across various work fields. It emphasizes the influence of societal culture in creating a disparity between the roles of men and women within society. This is achieved by analyzing the results of some prior studies pertinent to the topic. The research concludes that there is an ongoing trend of gender differentiation in assigning work fields, categorizing them into male and female domains. This trend is attributed to social upbringing and the prevalent stereotyping of women in specific job roles.
