Abstract
ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة عناصر الحق في الحياة الخاصة للإنسان وواقعها على الصعيدين الدولي والداخلي وذلك بهدف إبراز عناصر الحق في الحياة الخاصة المتفق وغير المتفق عليها، وبيان مضمون هذه العناصر من أجل تحديد الطبيعة القانونية لعناصر الحق في الحياة الخاصة، وتبيين الحماية القانونية وكذا الضوابط التشريعية الممنوحة لهكذا عناصر بغية تحديد الأطر القانونية لهذا الموضوع ووضعه في نطاقه الخاص. Abstract: This study deals with the elements of the right to privacy and their reality at the international and domestic levels with the aim of highlighting the elements of the right to privacy, both agreed and unagreed upon, and indicating the content of these elements in order to determine the legal nature of the elements of the right to privacy, and the legal protection and legislative controls granted to such elements in order to define the legal frameworks for this topic and place it within its own scope.
