modernization of Islamic banking in Indonesia, with a particular focus on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The rapid advancement of mobile banking applications, digital payments, and super apps has transformed consumer behavior and expectations. BSI’s strategic investment in digital infrastructure has enabled it to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and expand financial inclusion, especially among younger demographics. Through a case study approach, this research demonstrates that technology is not only an enabler of service delivery but also a means of reinforcing Shariah-compliant values and fostering trust within the Muslim community. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how Islamic banks can leverage digital tools to achieve sustainable growth in emerging markets.
