تأثير نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية بالجامعة دراسة ميدانية على أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر نظم تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي على المناعة التنظيمية في جامعة جيجل، من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية علوم التسيير والاقتصاد. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة من الأساتذة، وتم تحليل البيانات لاختبار الفرضيات والكشف عن العلاقات المباشرة بين المتغير المستقل (نظم تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي) والمتغير التابع (المناعة التنظيمية). وقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير إيجابية بين المتغيرين، حيث تبين وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للنظم الخبيرة ونظم التعلم الذكية على المناعة التنظيمية، بينما لم يؤثر التعلم الآلي والواقع الافتراضي والمعزز بشكل دال. وبناء على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بإنشاء مركز متخصص للذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعة، وإتاحة الفرصة للطلاب لاستخدام هذه النظم الذكية في تعلمهم. This study aimed to determine the impact of artificial intelligence technology systems on organizational immunity at Jijel University, from the perspective of faculty members in the departments of Management Science and Economics. The study used a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of professors, and the data was analyzed to test hypotheses and reveal direct relationships between the independent variable (AI systems) and the dependent variable (organizational immunity). The results of this study showed a positive impact relationship between the two variables, revealing a statistically significant effect of expert systems and intelligent learning systems on organizational immunity, while machine learning and virtual and augmented reality did not significantly affect it. Based on these results, the study recommends establishing a specialized center for artificial intelligence at the university and providing students with the opportunity to use these technologies in their learning.
