The Role Of The Guidance Function In Sports Facility Management

Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the role and importance of the guidance function in the management and organization of sports facilities, The descriptive survey approach was used, where the study was conducted on a sample of (20) managers of sports facilities, They were selected by simple random method, The study tool represented by the questionnaire, which contained three axes, and the most important results revealed that the guidance function has a positive role in the management of sports facilities, and leadership has a positive role in the management of sports facilities, and also resulted in a positive impact of communication in the management of sports facilities.
