Metaphysical Interpretation Of Criminal Behavior

Abstract
Jurists, philosophers and even scientists have tried to explain the criminal Criminal of humans to know the reasons and motives that drove them to commit the criminal act, but most studies did not provide the real reasons. There are those who interpreted criminal behavior as a phenomenon resulting from the biological composition of humans, and there are those who interpreted it as a result of the social environment in which the criminal lives, and there are those who interpreted it as a result of the nature in which the perpetrator of the criminal act lives. They all agreed that the criminal phenomenon is due to the reality in which humans live, but philosophers went further than that, so they interpreted the criminal phenomenon from another angle, which is that the crime can be explained beyond reality and outside of nature, so they interpreted it metaphysically, and this is what we will address in this study.
