The Constitutional And International Basis For Children's Rights.

Authors : Douaissia Karima .

Abstract

• Abstract: This research paper seeks to underscore the paramount importance of international and constitutional protections afforded to children's rights. It emphasizes the commitment to safeguarding their interests and defending their fundamental rights and freedoms. The constitutional enshrinement of such protections is indispensable, given that the Constitution represents the supreme law of the State, prevailing over all other legal norms. The incorporation of children's rights within international and constitutional instruments ensures their durability and stability, rendering their observance a binding obligation upon both individuals and public authorities. This framework constitutes the most robust guarantee for the effective realization and enforcement of children's rights.
