الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أحد المخطوطات في علم الفقه، وذلك من خلال التعريف بالمؤلف وهو الشيخ عامر بن علي بن مسعود العبَّادي (ت1253هـ)، والتعريف بالمخطوط وهو "مَسْأَلَةُ الاسْتِعدَادِ والبُلغةِ والزّادِ؛ لنيلِ المرادِ، والرِّضا لربِّ العبادِ، مُنجزةٌ للجوابِ يومَ المِيعَاد؛ يومَ تقومُ الأشهادُ في حقوقِ الوالدينِ والأولادِ"، مع بيان أهمية المخطوط وقيمته العلمية، ومنهج المؤلف فيه، وأهم سمات المؤلف في المخطوط. Abstract This research aims to study one of the manuscripts in the science of jurisprudence, by introducing the author, who is Sheikh Amer bin Ali bin Masoud Al-Abbadi (d. 1253 AH), and introducing the manuscript, which is “the issue of preparation, maturity, and provision; for attaining what one desires, and contentment with the Lord of servants, fulfilled for an answer on the Day of Appointment; the Day of Resurrection.” The testimonies are based on The rights of parents and children,” with an explanation of the importance of the manuscript, its scientific value, the author’s approach to it, and the author’s most important features in the manuscript.
