المسؤولية الإدارية كمطلب لاحترافية المؤسسات الاستشفائية العامة.

الملخص
شهدت دول العالم في الآونة الأخيرة تحولات معرفية وتكنولوجية عديدة، ساهمت إلى حد ما في النهوض بأداء المؤسسات العامة منها والخاصة، بما فيها المؤسسات الاستشفائية التي تهتم برفع مستوى الصحة المجتمعية من خلال تقديم الخدمات العلاجية والوقائية للألفراد. لكن تظل احترافية نشاط هذه المؤسسات مرتبطة بالمسؤولية التي تقع على عاتق الإدارة وذلك بضبطها لأي سلوك أو إجراء قد يؤثر سلبا على الحالة الصحية لمتلقي الخدمة متمثلا في المريض وهذا ما يعبر عنه بالخطأ المؤسساتي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور التنظيمي للمسؤولية الإدارية في تعزيز الاحترافية المهنية لدى المؤسسات الاستشفائية العامة، حيث أن التكفل القانوني بالحالات المتضررة في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العامة له انعكاس على الممارسات الإدارية والمهنية، فتصبح هذه المؤسسات مسؤولة على بعض العمليات الإدارية وذلك لتحسين أدائها ومن ثم التقليل من الأخطاء الناتجة عن التقصير في تأدية مهام الوظيفة الاستشفائية. In recent times, the world has witnessed many cognitive and technological transformations, which have contributed to some extent to improving the performance of public and private institutions, including hospital institutions that are concerned with raising the level of community health by providing therapeutic and preventive services to individuals. However, the professionalism of these institutions, activities remains linked to the responsibility that falls on the administration, by controlling any Behavior or action that may negatively affect the health status of the service recipient, represented by the patient, and this is what is expressed by the institutional error. This study aims to know the organizational role of administrative responsibility in enhancing professional professionalism in public hospitals, as the legal care of the affected cases in public hospitals has a reflection on the administrative and professional practices, so these institutions become responsible for some administrative currencies by improving their performance and then reducing the errors resulting from the negligence in performing the hospital function.
