حماية الأسرة في النصوص والمواثيق الدولية بين النص والعقبات

الملخص
الملخص لايزال المجتمع الدولي يولي عناية كبيرة للأسرة، إذ تعتبر اللبنة الأولي في بناء المجتمع، فهي المحور الأساسي لتربية الأبناء لما تتمتع به من سلطة التوجيه، بالإضافة إلى أن هنالك عناصر مكملة للعملية التربوية المتمثلة في المدرسة والمجتمع حيث تتناسق في توافق تام مع ما تبذله الأسرة، الأمر الذي يؤدي للحفاظ على استقرار الأسرة، فإذا لم يتم حماية الأسرة وفق قواعد قانونية فذلك يؤدي إلى عدم استقرارها ومن ثم عدم استقرار المجتمع Abstract: The international community continues to pay great attention to the family, which is the first building block of society. It is the primary focus of children's upbringing because of its power of direction, in addition to the fact that there are elements complementary to the educational process of school and society, where it is in full conformity with the family's endeavours; This has the effect of maintaining the stability of the family. If the family is not protected according to legal rules, it results in to their instability and hence the instability of society.
