The Effectiveness Of Monetary Management In Enhancing The Liquidity Of Algerian Economy During Crises: An Analytical Study (2014–2023)

Abstract
The study aimed to highlight the effectiveness of monetary management in maintaining financial and economic stability in Algeria as it is the first line of defense against the various crises that Algeria experienced during 2014-2023, as the Bank of Algeria relied on a package of facilitative measures to maintain monetary rigidity. The descriptive and analytical approach was used. To display and analyze the most important indicators The study concluded that the use of monetary policy tools, such as refinancing banks and releasing additional liquidity from the compulsory reserve, had a significant impact in mitigating the financial and economic effects of these crises on the Algerian economy. هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز مدى فعّالية الادارة النقدية في الحفاظ على الاستقرار المالي والاقتصادي في الجزائر باعتبارها خط الدفاع الأول ضد مختلف الأزمات التي عرفتها الجزائر خلال 2014-2023، حيث اعتمد بنك الجزائر على حزمة من الاجراءات التيسيرية للحفاظ على الصلابة النقدية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لعرض وتحليل أهم المؤشرات. توصلت الدراسة الى أنّ استخدام أدوات السياسة النقدية كإعادة تمويل البنوك وتحرير سيولة اضافية من الاحتياطي الاجباري كان له الأثر الكبير في التخفيف من الآثار المالية والاقتصادية لهذه الأزمات على الاقتصاد الجزائري
