Applied Philosophy... Why? Applied Philosophy: A Critical Imperative

Abstract
The article is concerned with presenting the content of applied philosophy as a way of life and a way of living, similar to the ways that the Greeks revived with their philosophy and lived with their philosophizing. A philosophy full of life, a philosophy that is immanent and adjacent to things that are close and very close, so that it is freed from the scholastic traditions of the Middle Ages and their effects on the act of philosophizing in the modern and contemporary period. It imposes on the philosopher of life to change his place of residence, to reside in this world, as a human being among people, not to escape from reality and take refuge in his ivory tower, within the castles of metaphysics (in its old concept).
