Abstract: Currently, the Arabic mind is living in a state of turmoil on all sides, both in thought and investment. It neither drew from Arabic projects nor kept pace with Western thought and development. This state of stagnation is, in fact, a mirror that reflects the reality of Arabic societies, particularly the reality of philosophy, as clear evidence of our claim. Arabic philosophical speech still imports Western thought's theses, which are essentially an analytic and critical study of the Arabic mind. Consequently, this explains the existence of an epistemological obsession as an obstacle that contributes to moving Arabic philosophical speech away from living reality. At the same time, it must be extracted and derived from the situations of Arab societies so that one can link the template of thought with development projects that match the nature of our societies through comprehensive studies of self-identity and diagnosing crises within their social framework to achieve a kind of intellectual independence and why not achieve the main philosophical goals: criticism, creativity and philosophizing.
