الملخص
In Algeria, endowment properties of an idle agricultural nature can be exploited by using various modern employment methods that the legislator mentioned in Endowment Law No. 91/10, amended and supplemented by Law No. 01/07, which focused on developing methods of managing, investing and developing endowment properties to contribute to Achieving the desired sustainable development of the country,The focus of this research paper has been on the monopoly contract as a mechanism for exploiting, investing and developing idle real estate endowment properties in Algerian legislation, as it is one of the investment contracts created under Law No. 01/07, and this is through an attempt to cover it and explain its provisions in some detail.
