الملخص
الملخص: يرتبط الصحفي بالصحيفة التي يعمل بها بعقد عمل صحفي يحدد شروط العمل من حيث نوعيته، ومدته، ومكانته، والراتب المستحق عنه وملحقاته والمزايا المكملة له، وذلك بما لا يتعارض مع القواعد الآمرة الواردة في قانون العمل، أو في عقد العمل الصحفي الجماعي إن وجد، فبعض القوانين تحرص على توفير مزيد من الحماية والدعم للصحفي باعتباره الطرف الضعيف في عقد العمل الصحفي في مواجهة رب العمل سواء كان مالك الصحيفة أو وكالة أنباء. Abstract: The journalist is associated with the newspaper in which he works with the Press contract which defines the working conditions in terms of his quality, duration, status, the salary owed (supposed) to him, his accessories (accomplices) and the additional advantages, This is not contrary to the peremptory norms of the Labour Code or, where applicable, the contract of service of collective press. Some laws seek to provide greater protection and assistance to the journalist as the weak party in the Press contract against the employer, if he is the owner of the newspaper or a news agency.
