الملخص
الملخص: لعل التحقيق الأمثل للتنمية المستدامة على ضوء مجتمع المعرفة، أصبح يرتبط بمدى اندماج الدول في اقتصاد المعرفة والتطور التكنولوجي المتوصل إليه؛ حيث شهد رأس المال المادي تراجعا ملحوظا أمام ما يعرف بالأصول الفكرية -غير الملموسة-، والتي تشكل لبنة أساسية للاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة وموردا رئيسيا للاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري، وعليه سوف نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور هذا الشكل من الإستثمارات في ترقية الميدان الاقتصادي، وذلك بالإشارة إلى ما يحققه من تنمية شاملة وسريعة تواكب حركية العصر الحديث، لاسيما عن طريق تحسين مناخ الأعمال وتوفير الظروف الملائمة لتشجيع التنوع المعرفي وخلق روح الابتكار. Abstract: Perhaps The optimal achievement of sustainable development in light of the knowledge society has become linked to the extent of the integration of countries integration into the knowledge economy and the technological development achieved, as physical capital has witnessed a noticeable decline in comparison to what is known as intangible intellectual assets, which constitute a basic building block for the knowledge-based economy and a major resource for investment in intellectual capital. accordingly, we will seek through this research paper to highlight the role of this form of investment in upgrading the economic field, by referring to the comprehensive and rapid development it achieves that keeps pace with the dynamism of the modern era, especially by improving the business climate and providing appropriate conditions to encourage cognitive diversity and create a spirit of innovation
