Accelerated climate disturbances undermine the foundations of life on the planet, endanger the lives of millions, and will lead to the disappearance of many countries from the map. These changes have caused much attention and full pledge by the international community in the fight against greenhouse gas discharge and the negative effects of such emissions. However, as the effects become more genuine, it becomes clear that climate change violates the rights of humans and demands urgent and far-reaching global action. Therefore, the paper studies climate change and how it affects human rights, considering international efforts towards mitigating these effects and the challenges they face.
