Abstract
Artificial intelligence has succeeded in creating important methods and ideas that have greatly influenced various sciences, as it has multiple goals in addition to other technological means that appeared in the second half of the twentieth century, and it has had a social impact on performing many intellectual tasks. Furthermore, perhaps the Blockchain Technology has emerged as an effective technology in trying to block some data whose owner needs to protect from several operations, such as theft or piracy. Thus, it has become used to protect all types of data and transactions. This technology has also had a significant impact on intellectual property rules, which calls for the necessity of understanding this relationship, as well as how to practice and protect it. نجح الذكاء الاصطناعي في ابتكار أساليب و أفكار مهمة أثرت بشكل كبير في العلوم المختلفة، ذلك أن له أهدافا متعددة إلى جانب الوسائل التكنلوجية الأخرى التي ظهرت في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين، و قد كان له الأثر الاجتماعي في أداء العديد من المهام الفكرية. و لعل تقنية البلوك تشين ظهرت كتقنية فعالة في محاولة حجب بعض البيانات التي يحتاج صاحبها إلى حمايتها من عدة عمليات كالسرقة أو القرصنة، و أصبحت بالتالي تستخدم في حماية كل أنواع البيانات و المعاملات. كما كان لهذه التقنية الأثر الكبير على قواعد الملكية الفكرية ، مما يستدعي الأمر ضرورة فهم هذه العلاقة و كيفية ممارستها و حمايتها.
