The Effect Of A Mental Training Program On The Mental Perception Process Among National Elite Chess Players

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of the Christian Tarqt program for mental training on the process of mental perception among the players of the National Chess Club. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of 12 players of the national chess elite who were chosen intentionally. The researchers used the experimental method with a single sample design in order to suit the nature of the study. The most prominent results are as follows: There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement of the mental visualization process in favor of the post-measurement attributed to the mental training program of Christian Targat, where the percentage of effect was96%This is a very high percentage
