الأثر الاقتصادي للهجرة في سياق العدالة الهيكلية- مراجعة نقدية

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة الأثر الاقتصادي للهجرة من منظور العدالة الهيكلية، مع تحليل معمق لتأثيراتها على أسواق العمل، التحويلات المالية، والتنمية الاقتصادية في الدول المرسلة والمستقبلة. من خلال مراجعة نقدية منهجية للأدبيات السابقة، تحدد الدراسة الفجوات الهيكلية التي تعيق إدماج المهاجرين وتأثيرات السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على العدالة. تشير النتائج إلى أن الهجرة تسهم في سد العجز في سوق العمل وتحفيز التحويلات المالية، لكنها تعكس تفاوتات هيكلية تزيد من معاناة المهاجرين. توصي الدراسة بتطوير سياسات شاملة تعزز تكامل المهاجرين، وتدير التحويلات المالية بفعالية، وتقلل من مظاهر الظلم الهيكلي لتحقيق تنمية اجتماعية واقتصادية مستدامة. Abstract: This study examines the economic impacts of migration through the lens of structural justice, providing an in-depth analysis of its effects on labor markets, remittances, and economic development in both sending and receiving countries. By conducting a systematic critical review of existing literature, the study identifies structural barriers that hinder migrant integration and assesses the effects of economic and social policies on justice. Findings indicate that migration helps address labor shortages and stimulates remittance flows, yet it exacerbates structural inequalities that burden migrants. The study recommends comprehensive policies to enhance migrant integration, manage remittances effectively, and mitigate structural injustices to achieve sustainable socio-economic development Keywords Migration, Structural Justice, Remittances, Labor Markets
