سياسات المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية بالجامعات ودورها في دعم الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات المستودع الرقمي لجامعة محمد خيضر- بسكرة أنموذجا

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن سياسات المستودع الرقمي DSpace لجامعة محمد خيضر - بسكرة ومدى إسهامه في دعم وتعزيز الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات وتحقيق الاستفادة من المحتوى الرقمي لأعضاء المجتمع الأكاديمي للجامعة، حيث أسفرت النتائج على أن المستودع يسهم بشكل كبير في دعم وتعزيز الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات وتطوير الجامعة وتحسين مكانتها وترتيبها وطنيا وعالميا، مع إمكانية الإتاحة وسهولة الوصول والتواصل العلمي بين الباحثين. This study aims to reveal the policies of the digital repository DSpace of Mohamed Khider - University of Biskra and the extent of its contribution to supporting and enhancing open access to information and achieving benefit from digital content for members of the university’s academic community. The results showed that the repository contributes significantly to supporting and enhancing Free access to information, developing the university and improving its position and ranking nationally and globally, with the possibility of availability, ease of access and scientific communication between researchers. Cette étude vise à révéler les politiques du référentiel numérique DSpace de l'Université Mohamed Khider - Biskra et l'étendue de sa contribution au soutien et au renforcement du libre accès à l'information et à la mise à profit du contenu numérique pour les membres de la communauté universitaire de l’Université. Les résultats ont montré que le référentiel contribue de manière significative à soutenir et à améliorer le libre accès à l'information, à développer l'université et à améliorer sa position et son classement aux niveaux national et mondial, avec la possibilité de disponibilité, de facilité d'accès et de communication scientifique entre les chercheurs.
