الملخص

لقد شكل مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي ثورة تقنية شملت مجالات عديدة قللت الأزمنة والتكاليف ودلّلت المشاق بصور معرفية تحاكي البشر، أفضت الى تشكيل وإعادة تشكيل العديد من أشكال الانشاء، الانتاج والتنظيم والحياة. ولأهمية التزايد المستمر لأدوات وأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وارتباطها بالحياة العملية والاجتماعية جعلنا نتساءل هل يمكن اعتبار مصنفات الذكاء الاصطناعي ملكية فكرية أدبية؟ وما مدى إمكانية حماية هذه الملكية الفكرية الأدبية بقانون حق المؤلف؟ من هنا نهدف الى التعريف بماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوره التاريخي والبحث عن العلاقة ما بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والملكية الفكرية الأدبية وإمكانية حمايتها بقواعد، وقوانين. للوصول لضرورة إعادة النظر في قوانين حماية هذه الملكية الفكرية الأدبية في البيئة الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي بوجه أخص : : The field of artificial intelligence constituted a technical revolution that included many fields that reduced times and costs and alleviated hardships with cognitive images that mimic humans. The importance of the continuous increase in artificial intelligence tools and systems and their connection to practical and social life made us wonder, can artificial intelligence works be considered literary development, and search for the relationship between it and literary intellectual property and the possibility of protecting it with rules and laws. We have reached the need to reconsider intellectual property? To what extent can this literary intellectual property be protected by copyright law? From here, we aim to define what artificial intelligence is, its historical the laws protecting this literary intellectual property in the artificial intelligence in particular
