الملخص
هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جانب من جوانب اللغة وهو الاكتساب المفرداتي أو ما يعرف ب الرصيد اللغوي عند المتعلم إلا أن ما يميز هذا البحث أنه سيأخذ بالدراسة فئة من فئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وهم المعاقين ذهنيا محاولين طرح الإشكال الآتي ما هي أهم الوسائل التي يمكيا المساهمة في تنمية رصيد الطفل المعاق ذهنيا؟ وهل ما يتوفر كافي لذلك أم أن هناك عجزا وقصور ؟ هذا ما ستحاول توضيحة في هذه الورقة البحثية. This study aims to shed light on an aspect of language, which is the acquisition of vocabulary or what is known as the linguistic balance of the learner, but what distinguishes this research is that it will take the study a category of people with special needs, namely the mentally handicapped, trying to pose the following problem What are the most important means that can contribute to the development of the balance of the mentally handicapped child? Is there enough for that, or is there a deficit and deficiencies? This is what we will try to illustrate in this paper,
